Official Rules and Terms for the Facebook Lead Competition

1. Overview The Facebook Lead Competition (the "Competition") is designed to reward the participant who generates the highest number of qualified leads from 11/4/2024 to 12/14/2024. Qualified leads will be determined by the organizer based on the criteria outlined below. Participation in the Competition constitutes your agreement to abide by these rules and the decisions of the organizer, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility

• This Competition is open to individuals in Sonisk Business Academy Skool Group.

• Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

• The Competition is void where prohibited.

3. Competition Period

• The Competition runs from 12:00 AM ET on November 4, 2024, through 11:59 PM ET on December 14, 2024 (the "Competition Period").

4. How to Participate

• Participants must generate leads through the designated Facebook campaign. Leads must be verified by the organizer on a live call.

• The deadline for submission of all leads is 11:59 PM ET on December 20, 2024.

5. Criteria for Winning

• The winner will be determined by the total number of qualified leads submitted during the Competition Period.

• Qualified leads are defined as:

  1. Leads that are not spam as determined by the organizer’s review of the submission forms.

  2. Leads that are validated during a scheduled submission call with the organizer.

• Likes, comments, or other interactions on Facebook or off do not count as leads.

6. Judging and Determination of Winner

• The organizer reserves the right to review all lead submissions for authenticity and compliance with the rules.

• The organizer’s determination of what constitutes a qualified lead is final and binding.

• In the event of a tie, the prize will be divided evenly.

7. Disqualification

• Participants found to be submitting spam, fraudulent leads, or otherwise violating the rules will be disqualified.

• Any attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Competition will result in disqualification.

8. Prize

• The prize for the winner will be communicated directly to participants. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted unless specified by the organizer.

9. General Conditions

• By participating, you agree to hold the organizer harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation.

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Competition if it cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures, tampering, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Disputes

• Any disputes arising from the Competition will be resolved at the sole discretion of the organizer.

• Participants agree that all decisions made by the organizer are final and cannot be contested.

11. Miscellaneous

• These rules constitute the entire agreement between participants and the organizer regarding the Competition.

• The organizer reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants.

By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
